HENDERSON, NV · REMOTE
I am a cross-domain operator who builds quiet, durable, confidential infrastructure and runs high-stakes operational workflows. My experience spans development operations and AI systems, trust and family-office technology, government sub-contract underwriting, VIP guest and customer operations, sales operations, event production, and high-acuity care coordination. Most recently I served five years as Technology & Operations Lead for a confidential client, where I built the Panther agent harness, Dynasty Ledger command center, and the five-class document doctrine that governs the organization. I operate from Henderson, NV by default and work remotely with periodic travel and relocation for the right opportunity.

No client name, no project specific, no financial figure leaves the room. Every project that involves confidential information is described at the level of architecture and function — never identifying detail.
Systems are built end-to-end on infrastructure the operator owns. No commercial agent-platform wrappers, no black-box dependencies, no vendor lock-in the client cannot unwind.
Every artifact has a class, a font, a naming convention, and a retention rule. Systems become defensible because they are documented — not the other way around.
Calm execution. Precise communication. Durable outputs. The voice of someone who runs systems for institutions that handle real money under real names.

Personal Knowledge Operating System
2022 — present
A multi-thousand-document personal knowledge codex unifying philosophy, operations, biology, finance, and craft. It is the backbone of every other system I operate: recursive reference conventions, strict naming discipline, versioning, and retention rules. Written first in Obsidian, published selectively to Notion.

Trust Operations Command Center
2024 — present · Confidential
Multi-domain operational command center for a confidential client. Tracks intercompany agreements, customer and revenue records, vendor and procurement files, IP filings, litigation docket, and certification register. Aligned to a written governance constitution and a five-class document doctrine.

Public Wisdom Distribution
2023 — present
Public-facing Notion publication translating internal codex material into externally legible essays, frameworks, and operating principles. Distinct from Codex Vitae: publication-grade, not lab-grade.

Trust Operations Command-Line Interface
2024 — present · Confidential
Operator-facing command-line interface to the Panther agent runtime. Encapsulates daily client operations into idempotent, auditable commands. Used by client principals and their delegates to execute operational tasks without exposing the underlying systems to direct manipulation.

Private AI Agent Runtime & Governance Layer
2024 — present · Confidential
Private agent runtime and governance layer for a confidential client. Hosts long-running AI agents over client-internal data with compartmentalized access, audit logging, and zero third-party data egress. Built from scratch, not a wrapper over a commercial agent platform.
Roles for which my present skills, certifications, and experience are sufficient or transition-ready.
Available for project, retainer, and fractional engagements across professional and entrepreneurial domains. Confidentiality standard.
Architect and build self-hosted AI agent runtimes with compartmentalized access, audit logging, and zero third-party data egress. For individuals and organizations that need AI capability without commercial-provider exposure.

What hiring managers and collaborators usually want to know.
I am open to full-time technical and operational roles that sit at the intersection of AI systems, infrastructure, and operations: DevOps / SRE, AI/ML operations, private AI systems engineering, trust and family-office technology, and operational leadership roles. I also consult.
Remote is my default and preference. I am open to hybrid arrangements and travel, and I will relocate for the right opportunity. Base location is Henderson, NV.
References from the confidential client are available on request under the appropriate NDA. Public-facing roles (caregiving, events, rideshare) can also be verified directly.
For full-time technical roles, I target the market range for a senior AI/ML operations or DevOps engineer with private-infrastructure experience. For consulting, my advisory rate starts at $300/hour; implementation and retainer rates are scoped per engagement.
Python, Linux, Docker, AWS, and self-hosted infrastructure are my daily operating environment. I also work extensively with LLM APIs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and knowledge systems (Notion, Obsidian, ClickUp).
I hold an American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid / CPR / AED certification (Credential ID 0230VLD, valid through September 2027). Cloud certifications are in progress; my production experience is the primary credential.
I operate with a written five-class document doctrine and a matching typographic system. Every artifact has a defined class, font, retention rule, and authority chain. This makes institutions defensible under audit and succession.
Yes. NDA discipline is standard. I have operated under strict confidentiality for a confidential client for five years, including trust documentation, financial records, and AI systems over client-internal data.
Async-first: email, Slack, Notion, ClickUp, and Telegram. I do not take unscheduled calls. I am happy to schedule structured video or phone interviews and meetings in advance.
